Upon discovering that my laptop had a built in video card with video memory upto 786 MB, I had a massive Holy Shit moment. After a few seconds of laying on the floor, having convulsive spasms and foaming at the mouth (due to uncontainable excitement), I composed myself and said Ahoy! , to the glorious Bay of the Pirates.

Hence, began a series of game downloads that are now exceeding 55 GB. I never was a PC gamer. I would defend my position by nonchalantly saying ' I prefer consoles' ( The truth was that my Pentium model # shit-crap would never allow me to play any graphics higher than PSX or GBA games) I don't have the latest consoles because choosing between buying a PS3 and not starving to death, the latter seems like a better option. So you see this has opened up opportunities for me, allowing me to venture into unchartered territory with mouse clicks and button-pushes.

For the past few weeks my life has been revolving around Halo: combat evolved, The Sims 3, Dreamfall, Prototype, Fallout 3, Hitman: blood money and the GTA series. Lets just say that If I were Buddha, Gaming would have been my meditation.

I sleep only when the power goes out at different times of the day, barely making it two-three hours per day. My friends are about to pronounce me dead or missing as I haven't contacted them or responded to them in weeks now.

I am a woman, possessed. Like in a manic state, I am always filled with energy and my mind is constantly stimulated. I have become a slave to the detailed graphics, Complex combat menus, Exhilarating gameplay, Moronic yet interesting story lines.   To put it in the a very sophisticated manner, Mee Lykes 2 contwol  Little pixel Peeple.

  6. Try Deus Ex: Human revolution.
I actually played through it 3 times and I haven't kept anything this long.

you can sneak or mass murder.
it took the 3rd play till I realized I didn't have to kill the whole police station, I could go to the front desk and ask to go in.

but there's a lot of cool inventory management.

    anyway.
I'm so tired of military killing games
instead of searching for rocket launchers
we should be seeking out Universal Screwdrivers.

    Sorry,
I'm OLD, so you probably don't even get that cultural reference...
